Goldilocks & the Three Bears

A humorous take on the classic Goldilocks and the Three Bears, my version has Goldilocks tasting “too hot” porridge that Mama Bear, a terrible cook, has spiced up with hot sauce. Then, the very assertive Mama Bear chases Goldilocks out of her house with a frying pan.

The line art for these fun illustrations was hand carved from linoleum blocks and printed on a letterpress printer. The full color chase scene was then painted with watercolors.
